Pro Victims Justice

The application is addressing users of iOS phones. The information is related to the judicial procedures, legal rights in Romania, Bulgaria, Germany and Sweden. The information is available in English, Romanian, Bulgarian, German, Swedish languages. The Victims’ Booklet contains a presentation of the main stages of a process and the rights that a victim of crime have. The Victims’ Booklet is structured in several chapters. At the end of each chapter (which is related to a certain country) it is possible to find a link towards project’s website database where are useful information on stakeholders with legal competencies and with attributions in assistance for victims. The application for phones was developed as part of the project Pro Victims Justice through an Enhanced Rights Protection and Stakeholders Cooperation, financed by the Justice Programme of the European Union and implemented by Association Pro Refugiu Romania (coordinator organization), Center for the Study of Democracy Bulgaria (partner organization), Crime Prevention Council of Lower Saxony Germany (partner institution), Scandinavian Human Rights Lawyers Sweden (partner organization).
